1. Engagement & Services
ENOENT LLC provides custom software engineering, architectural consulting, SaaS development, AI/ML pipeline engineering, and systems integration services. Specific deliverables, project milestones, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon in mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or master consulting agreements.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly set forth in a signed Statement of Work:
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned to the client.
- Pre-existing IP & Tools: ENOENT retains ownership of its pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable engineering templates used across engagements.
- Website Content: All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and materials published on enoent.io remain the exclusive property of ENOENT LLC.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all proprietary client information, architecture blueprints, source code, and business strategies as strictly confidential under industry-standard non-disclosure obligations.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The Website and information provided herein are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Formal warranties for client projects are governed solely by specific project contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENOENT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or engagement with our services.
